Hong Kong trip

posted in: Hong Kong, Travels | 2

Hi everyone,

What I love about traveling is experiencing and learning new things. Imagine all countries and peoples would share the same values and cultures. That would be sooo boring. On my holidays, I’m always on the hunt for the new. Especially when it comes to food my motto is “the stranger it looks, the bigger my gain” — but maybe not always in terms of taste 😉

The contrast between Hong Kong and Japan was just mind blowing. I’ve never thought that two places so close to each other can be that different.

Below you see a colourful ferry crossing the channel between Hong Kong Island and Tsim Sha Tsui under foreboding skies. It rained heavily shortly after and well into the next day.

My favourite snacks in Hong Kong were egg waffles. I also loved fresh sugarcane juice.

Thanks for tuning in,
